A lead is considered as a potential client who has shown interest, but has not yet committed to purchasing a package or membership or any service.

There are 2 ways to add a new lead into the system;

1. The easiest way is to go to the home screen. Front and Center you will see a Red Box with the number of leads. Click the “Plus or Add symbol” and enter the Information for the Lead.

Home Dashboard -> Leads Box -> Click “Add” or “Plus Sign” -> Enter information

2. The second way is if you are already in the clients’ section of the platform.

Clients -> Leads Tab -> Add Lead -> Enter Information
