Requesting a payment

Requesting a payment is easy once you have been approved for payment collection and have added your clients or created a group.

To start, navigate to the Payments page and select "Request Payment" in the top right hand corner.

You will be taken to a Request payment page.

 

 

Step 1: Select Client

 

Request a payment from either a client or a group. Simply click "Select" next to the name of the person our group you are wishing to request a payment from.

You are able to select multiple clients and groups at one time. Simply navigate between Client and Groups, select who you wish to request a payment from and click "Next".

 

Step 2: Configure Payment

Choose whether you would like to request a single payment, recurring schedule (direct debit payment) or a session package (for multiple sessions).

 

Single Payment

To request a single payment, simply write a description of the payment, enter a $ amount and a $ discount for a session (if applicable). You may also wish to write a note to explain the request. Once complete, select "Send".

 

 

Voila! You've done it! To view the request, click on "Click here".

Recurring Schedule

Setting up recurring payments ensures that you are automatically paid by your clients on the day you request it, limiting cashflow problems in the future.

We allow you to choose either a schedule type based on either a "Date range" (i.e. From Monday March 23, 2015 until June 1, 2015) or "Limited to payment count" (i.e. 10 payments made every Monday, from Monday March 23, 2015 until complete).

 

Date Range

  1. Select a start and end date from the calendar. 
  2. Select whether you want the debit to be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
  3. Select the day of the week that you want this to occur on.
  4. Enter the amount to be debited each time and click "Send".

Limited By Payment Count

  1. Select a start date from the calendar.
  2. Select whether you want the debit to be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
  3. Select the day of the week that you want this to occur on.
  4. Enter the total amount of debits that you want to be collected.
  5. Enter the amount to be debited each time and click "Send".

 

Woot Woot! You've done it!

To view the request, click on "Click here".

 

Requesting A Session Package

Step 1: To start, click on "Create A New Session Package". (If you have already created a package, then proceed to the next step.)

You will be prompted to fill in the details for this package. Once filled in, click "Add". You will be returned to the Session package page and will be able to select it. 

 

Once selected, simply click "send" and you're on your way! 

To view the request, click on "Click here".
