Custom packages on OneFitStop gives you the option to create a session package on the spot if you have not already pre-configured a membership.
When you create a custom page you have the ability to opt to save the package for future use or simply use as a one-time package.
Follow the below steps to get started using custom packages:
Step 1: Request a Payment
Custom package are created during the request payment process. You will need to go to the "Payments" section and click "Request Payment" in the top right corner. Select the client you wish to send the request to and click the "Next" button.
Step 2: Selecting the Custom Package Option
Custom package option can be found by clicking on the "Session Package" option when selecting the payment type and then clicking on the "Custom Payment" tab underneath.
Step 3: Configuring the Custom Package
Custom packages work the same way as when you would configure a new session package template. You can choose from the package types: single package or membership package and have all the same options underneath. If you want to save the package for re-use later on, select "yes" to "Do you want to save this as a session package".
Step 4: Send the Request
Once everything has been configured, you can send the payment request or allocate the package to your client without payment by selecting the "Allocate without payment" option from the "Account Discount" dropdown.
