Contactless Check-In

In response to new Covid-19 facility protocols, we have introduced a new feature: Contactless Check-In. As a business owner, this new configuration and app tool will allow you to setup specific questions that must be answered to fulfill your location’s check-in process. Via your branded app, your clients then have an opportunity to check-in without direct contact on kiosk and barcode scanning devices.

when configured the new QR code icon and scan tool will display in your branded app:

From within your branded app, your clients will click to scan the QR you have printed and post.

They will then need to answer the questions you have and agree to any new Policies you have created,

AutoRenewal packages prompt for agreement signature capture.

Overview

Clubs have pointed out that when a package is set to auto renew to a different package, the new package agreement is never reviewed and signed.

As a Business Owner, I would like the system to send an email, and push notification when configured,  that the a new package has been sold and the agreement is pending signature, so that the client is prompted to sign before using the package credits.

As a Business Owner, I would like the system to add an alert on the APP home screen that a new package has been sold and the agreement is pending signature, so that the client is prompted to sign before using the package credits.

Previously packages simply renewed and no additional agreements were review-able or signed.

Instructions for use

There are no specific items to configure for this alert to happen. Any package sold to which a different package is set for auto-renewal, then the system will send email, push, and app alerts to let the client know signature capture is required in order to activate the new package.
